The Watch Atelier originally started out life as ‘Xupes Services’, founded in 2015. After rebranding in 2022 to the ‘The Watch Atelier’, we are excited to launch our new state-of-the-art service centre, taking the company to new heights across the industry.
The Watch Atelier embodies the art of watchmaking and the passion we have for the extraordinary craft behind it. MEGAN YOUNG
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
As founder of The Watch Atelier, Dutch born Megan Young has developed into a pioneer of the servicing industry and one of the most accredited watchmakers in the UK. Megan first started off her career as a Watchmaker at the age of 16 in Geneva, Switzerland. After developing her passion for the craft, Megan continued to advance in the industry after initially carving her career at Wempe in Hamburg, Germany.
Megan subsequently went on to set up the first-ever watch workshop at the world renowned Harrods in London, before being approached by ‘Xupes’ in 2019 to build out their in house workshop. Following several years of impressive growth, Megan rebranded, setup and launched ‘The Watch Atelier’ in 2022, a state-of-the-art service centre. As one of the youngest female leaders in the industry, Megan plans to create many opportunities for aspiring and skilled professionals at The Watch Atelier and was recently awarded “Watchmaker of the Year” by WatchPro.

With accreditations from Omega, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Longines, IWC, Cartier, Hublot, Tag Heuer and Raymond Weil, we are passionate about the standards at which our services are delivered.
Since 2015, we have worked to secure all of our accreditations with each one representing another milestone, allowing us to further develop our standards as a service centre. As a customer, we believe this provides you with complete confidence in our servicing and aftercare capabilities.
